To begin this conversation, we offer a suggestion to one or all of the nation's top financial services firms, who have an opportunity to do what the government can't do. Use the trillions of dollars in cash your institutions are sitting on to create jobs to replace the ones lost during the financial crisis you helped create. More than making amends for the pain and suffering this avoidable recession has inflicted,  it would show true leadership in a way sadly lacking but necessary as a way to revive our crippled economy. So to James Gorman, Jamie Dimon, Vikram Pandit, Brian Moynihan and Lloyd Blankfien I say step up and do what's right for the country.
